In our lives, either we, someone we know, or an organization we work for has attempted to make changes, but was unsuccessful.They have had all the necessary skills, training, commitment, and smarts to make the change with ease, however, inexplicably, they are unable to get it done.
What's going on? ~ Simply, people or organizations may be applying energy towards a hidden competing commitment.Thus, the resulting imbalance stalls the effort for change in what looks like resistance but is in fact a kind of personal or organizational immunity to change.
During our workshop, we will undergo a process to help uncover and overcome our own immunity to change.The process is something each participant can take with them and apply in all areas of life.Workshops can be applied individually or organizationally.

Polarity Management Workshop
Polarity Management and specifically Polarity Maps help to effectively address "unsolvable problems", and assist leadership in managing the difficult issues faced by organizations today.
Problem solving methods alone cannot work on many of the most critical issues faced by organizations.Through the use of Polarity Management, people can move from the traditional mindset (either/or problem solving mindset) to a more effective and value added proposition (both/and mindset) that is more representative of these difficult issues.
Polarity Management can be applied in numerous applications beyond problem solving including: Strategic Planning, Change Management, Leadership, Quality Improvement, etc.
During the workshop, we will examine these "unsolvable problems", and complete the Polarity Mapping process to uncover how to manage these complex issues.Participants will be able to apply this knowledge in future problem-solving situations both individually and as an organization.
Teamwork
Improve Organizational Teamwork through the Enneagram Workshop
Through the use of the Enneagram, we can begin to understand our personality type and translate this knowledge into improved communication and teamwork.
Commonly, by understanding personality types, we can speak the language of others, which may be very different from our own. Real communication is then possible, and we are able to deal more even-handedly with conflicts, ineffective work habits, office politics, and different management styles, among other important work issues.
In addition, it helps retain valuable employees by increasing job satisfaction and productivity.The Enneagram is also particularly valuable for team development, conflict resolution, negotiation, and leadership development.
In the workshop, we will learn more about the Enneagram, individual personality types, and apply this knowledge with fun, teambuilding exercises that promote cooperation, knowledge sharing, communication, and conflict management.
