Hello, my name is
Keith Smith and I am the principal operator of Arch Concepts. I specialize in
helping people transform themselves so they can live the life they may have
never thought possible before. Everyday, I come across people who accept
barriers, obstacles, and stress as being apart of their life. Life does not
need to be like this, and it is my goal to help others understand and explore
what options are available.
I partner with my clients to provide a supportive one-on-one relationship and I
am completely dedicated to the success and happiness of the client. This last
quality is unique to the field of coaching because unlike all other
relationships (spouse, family, supervisor, mentor, and therapist) a coach is strictly
there for the client’s best interest and has nothing to gain beyond the success
of the client. My goal for the clients I work with is not just self-realization
but self-propulsion. We will work together so you not only learn about yourself
and others around you, but you are equipped with techniques to find success and
happiness.
My desire is to give you the tools to be set free from the barriers that have
kept you from living a successful life. I do not make decisions for you or do
the work for you, but will work to help you be able to build your own life or
those in your organization.
I have over 8 years of experience in helping others reach their full potential.
Beyond Arch Concepts, I am an Adjunct Professor at Tiffin University. I teach
classes in Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, research, Marketing,
and Operations Management. Prior to teaching, I served in roles as a
post-secondary academic administrator, including Academic Center Director.
My coaching credentials include Master Level Accreditation for the Emotional
Competence Inventory (ECI 360) and professional training through the world
renowned Cleveland Gestalt Institute in their Life Coaching, and Performance
and Development Coaching programs.
I received a BA in Political Science from University of Georgia, MBA in
Executive Management from Ashland University, and I am currently enrolled at
Northcentral University working on my PhD in Business Administration.
I have been married since 2001 to my beautiful wife Sheri and we have 2
children (Anna & Abby). I am an avid golfer, softball player, enjoy
competing in duathlons, and like to read crime dramas. We are parishioners of
St. Brendan Catholic Church and as a family we love to venture outside to view
the many beauties of this world and strive to continuously live in the moment.
If
you think life coaching might be right for you, I’d be glad to talk with you.
